    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 7-28.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    June 7

    Austin McComb, 25, of Lincoln, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.

    June 14

    Vincent Digiovanni, 43, of Montville, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal trespass, obstructing the report of a crime, and domestic violence assault on Mountain Valley Highway in Montville. Digiovanni was arrested again June 16 for refusing to submit to arrest or detention at the same location. 

    June 18

    Thomas J. Scott, 32, of Knox, was arrested for obstructing court administration and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs on Oaks Road in Knox. 

    June 20

    Clayton M. Belcher, 21, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Woodman Hill Road in Searsmont. 

    June 23

    Alexander R. Lurvey, 29, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Bangor Road in Troy.
