What You'll Do: Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow. Assist in developing and implementing engaging curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Assist in Observing and assessing children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enriching learning environment. What We Offer: Paid time off New hire bonus of $1000 ($500 paid after 3 months, $500 paid after 6 months) This position currently receives a $275-$625 monthly BONUS from the State of Maine, in addition to base pay based on education and experience. Job Requirements: At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting, preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
