BEFLAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 23 - March 1. 

Carlton Munro, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, probation violation in Searsport Sept. 9, 2019, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Derek Keller, 32, of Freedom, probation violation in Montville Aug. 18, 2020, probation continued, no sentence imposed; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 30, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Aug. 30, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Bart A. Langley, 56, of Hermon, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 15, 2020, one year in prison and probation partially revoked. 

Imma Thomas, 23, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe April 6, 2021, 15 months in prison and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Prospect Jan. 14, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence in Prospect Jan. 14, 30 days in jail. 

Danny Soucy, 33, of Belfast, assault in Belfast May 11, 2021, dismissed.

Michael Frisbie, 31, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 20, 2021, dismissed. 

Jessica Jackson, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 22, 2021, 30 days in jail and $400 fine. 

Gina Philbrick, 44, of Monroe, theft by deception in Searsport Oct. 1, 2020, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $9,700 restitution. 

Miranda Penney, 40, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 25, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 25, $250 fine. 

Matthew Small, 36, of Waterville, domestic violence aggravated assault in Unity Aug. 1, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Frankfort July 2, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Feb. 7, 60 days in jail. 

Cassandra Horton, 32, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty July 2, dismissed.

Tyler Ellsworth, 23, of Swanville, probation violation in Swanville Aug. 8,  six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Prospect Jan. 15, 10 days in jail and $400 fine. 

John E. Huhn, 38, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Winterport Dec. 21, 2021, 60 days in jail with all but three days suspended, administrative release for one year, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Christopher Lawrence, 41, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast June 9, five months in jail. 

Kevin Kinney, 31, of Knox, operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox Sept. 7, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Michael J. Carter, 42, of Frankfort, violating a protection from abuse order in Frankfort Jan. 20, $200 fine.

Shelby Tapley, 27, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without a license in Waldo Jan. 30, $150 fine.
