    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Nov. 16-Dec. 2.

    Kimberly Sue Achorn, 51, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 19, 2020, $250 fine, $16.18 restitution.

    Peter Z. Anderson, 40, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Aug. 27, 2020, $250 fine.

    Thomas W. Anthony, 24, of Harrison, failure to register vehicle in Owls Head July 16, 2020, dismissed; failure to register vehicle in Union July 17, 2020, $250 fine.

    Benjamin A. Bailey, 24, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 15, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Jan. 15, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Amanda Batty, 35, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle in Rockland April 17, 2019, dismissed.

    Matthew Baudanza, 36, of Owls Head, assault in Rockland Nov. 10, 2019, $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and criminal trespass, all occurring in Rockland Nov. 10, 2019, all dismissed.

    Karter Billingslea, 22, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked in Friendship May 15, 2020, dismissed.

    Brianna Bodman, 25, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 28, 2019, dismissed.

    Brian R. Burch, 27, of Rockport, criminal mischief and stealing drugs, both occurring in Rockland April 20, 2019, unconditional discharge for both charges; burglary in Rockland April 20, 2019, five years in prison all suspended, probation three years, restitution $982.73. Police said that the charges were related to a break-in at the South School in Rockland April 20, 2019. All items stolen from the school were recovered the night of the break-in.

    Matthew S. Catalano, 27, of St. George, falsifying physical evidence in St. George Jan. 27, 2020, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of drug in St. George Jan. 27, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Rockland May 9, 2020, 48 hours jail.

    Brett A. Collamore, 21, of Appleton, theft by receiving stolen property in Camden on Nov. 15, 2018, unconditional discharge.

    Phyllis G. Davis, 61, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Oct. 4, 2020, $250 fine, $8.36 restitution.

    Jonathan R. Dodge, 36, of Appleton, operating under the influence (alcohol) with an injury in Rockport March 12, 2018, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Paul S. Douglas, 57, of Rockport, probation violation for original conviction of aggravated assault in Rockland Feb. 8, 2019, 355 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Thomas J. Farrell, 42, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Sept. 21, 2020, $250 fine, $23.48 restitution.

    Lorraine Fowles, 58, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked, both in Rockland April 16, 2019, both dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland April 16, 2019, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Owls Head April 23, 2019, dismissed; violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, both occurring in Owls Head April 23, 2019, both dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Owls Head April 23, 2019, $500 fine, $500 suspended, license suspended 150 days.

    Alexander D. Gilman, 27, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Rockport Aug. 19, 2020, $150 fine.

    Thomas H. Gleason, 23, of Rockland, assault in Rockland June 20, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, fighting, and violating condition of release in Rockland June 20, 2020, $300 fine.

Havener, 56, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2018, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2018, $575 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 30 days; violating condition of release in Rockland March 6, 2020, seven days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Nov. 14, 2020, $500 fine, $500 suspended, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Nov. 14, 2020, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 14, 2020, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Anthony Hooper, 41, of St. George, violation of striped bass rule, Chapter 42, in St. George Aug. 18, 2020, $250 fine.

    Camron Hopkins, 21, of Thomaston, failing to inform law enforcement of concealed handgun in Rockland Sept. 15, 2020,  $100 fine.

    Ronald M. House, 42, of South Bristol, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Friendship Oct. 22, 2020, $700 fine, 364 days in prison with all but 26 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating while license suspended or revoked in Friendship Oct. 22, 2020, $250 fine, 26 days in jail; operating without license (conditions and restrictions) in Friendship Oct. 22, 2020, 26 days in jail.

    Lorna Hubbard, 42, of Winslow, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Feb. 26, 2018, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug in Warren Feb. 26, 2018, $400 fine.

    Jacob Ingraham, 24, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockport Aug. 25, 2020, $400 fine, nine months in jail.

    Jacob M.V. Johnson, 25, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), in Rockland Oct. 12, 2019, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Rockland Nov. 27, 2019, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 27, 2019.

    Michael Morneault, 24, of Bangor, assault on an officer in Warren on Oct. 5, 2019, nine months in jail.

    Michael R. Mortell, 58, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Oct. 15, 2020, $250 fine, operating vehicle without license in Union Oct. 15, 2020, $150 fine.

    Derek J. O'Farrell, 19, of Thomaston, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed limit in Warren  July 4, 2020, $500 fine.

    Eric Overlock, 47, of Warren, violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 7, 2020, $500 fine.

    Benjamin L. Poland, 34, of Kingfield, operating while license suspended or revoked in Friendship July 7, 2019,  dismissed; failure to give correct name, address, or date of birth in Friendship July 7, 2019, dismissed.

    Zachary Porter, 20, of Thomaston, arson in Rockland Nov. 12, 2019, dismissed.

    Amanda Rainville, 32, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Thomaston Feb. 24, 2020, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

    John P. Ranlett, 42, of Augusta, assault in Rockport May 8, 2015, $300 fine, $300 suspended.

    Cole Resmini, 23, of Freedom, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Rockland Oct. 18, 2020, $350 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland Oct. 18, 2020, $350 fine.

    Kevin T. Richards, 30, of South Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, both occurring in Rockland May 12, 2020, both dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland May 12, 2020, $1000 fine, nine months in jail.

    Jeremy Hugh Rogers, 26, of Norwalk, Conn., terrorizing in Thomaston Aug. 21, 2019, dismissed; terrorizing and illegal possession of a firearm both in Thomaston Aug. 21, 2019, three years in jail.

    Tristan J. Roorikovitz, 41, of St. George, criminal trespass in Rockland on Sept. 30, 2020, $250 fine, $200 of fine suspended.

    Louis Rubino, 39, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, in Thomaston Oct. 8, 2020, five years in jail with all but two years, three months suspended, probation two years, restitution $105.68; criminal trespass and violating condition of release, both occurring in Thomaston Oct. 8, 2020, 30 days in jail.

    Corey Spear, 20, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Sept. 26, 2020, $500 fine.

    Jaclyn Spencer, 29, of Clinton, operating vehicle without license (conditions and restrictions), in Thomaston Aug. 18, 2020, $250 fine.
