Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 6-12. 

    Bart A. Langley, 57, of Hermon, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 15, 2020, one year in prison and probation partially revoked. 

    John V. Merrithew, 46, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Feb. 10, 2023, 180 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; obstructing the report of a crime in Searsport Feb. 10, 2023, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Searsport July 9, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 9, 7 days in jail. 

    Derek J. Digregorio, 40, of Winchester, Massachusetts, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Liberty June 27, 2023, dismissed. 

    Gerald C. Davidson, 49, of Montville, criminal mischief in Unity July 5, 2023, dismissed; obstructing government administration in Unity July 5, 2023, dismissed. 

    Paula M. Urbach, 53, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Jackson Nov. 24, dismissed. 

    John Brown, 71, of Waldo, violation of a protection from harassment order in Waldo Jan. 31, dismissed. 

    Brooke Gilliam, 29, of Bowdoin, domestic violence assault in Belfast Feb. 13, dismissed. 

    Nathan A. Feero, 38, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport April 28, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Margaret Thomas, 38, of Unity, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity May 23, 90 days in jail and $400 fine.

    Clayton A. Belcher, 21, of Montville, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsmont June 20, dismissed. 

    Jesse Dodge, 32, 42, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Aug. 3, $150 fine.
