BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 2-13.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 2

Douglas Davidson, 45, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing in Unity. 

Sept. 3

Troy W. Trout, 48, of Northport, was arrested for indecent conduct and violating conditions of release on Nebraska Road in Northport. 

Sept. 8

Shawn Snodgrass, 28, of , was arrested on a warrant out of Lincoln County.

Brent Merritt, 26, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended license on Belfast Road in Knox. 

Dominique Nobarowsky, 40, of Freedom, was arrested for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, and refusal to sign a criminal summons in Unity.
