    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Aug. 19

    Siiri Pinkham, 28, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to make an accident report via the quickest means on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Aug. 24

    Leah R. Morrison, 44, of Westbrook, was issued summonses for driving to endanger amd three counts of violating a condition of release on N. Palermo Road in Palermo. 

    Aug. 26

    Jeremy Bennett, 35, of Brooks, was issued a summons for refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Route 3 in Belmont.
