BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 23-29.

Robert A. Greatorex, 34, of Winslow, motor vehicle speeding 30+mph over the speed limit in Unity July 14, 2021, dismissed. 

Abigale Kormann, 19, of Paia, Hawaii, operating under the influence in Belfast April 15, 2023, dismissed. 

Abby Bowden, 30, of Lewiston, three counts of cruelty to animals in Belfast June 6, 2023, 48 hours in jail for each count; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Dec. 14, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 14, 30 days in jail. 

Troy S. Applegate, 48, of Monroe, violating a condition of release in Monroe April 28, unconditional discharge; operating without a license in Monroe April 28, dismissed. 

Richard Rodgers, 39, of Waterville, violating a protection order in Liberty July 7, dismissed. 

Joseph H. Matthews, 46, of Bath, operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo April 3, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Abigail Elwell Connors, 22, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport July 13, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Searsport July 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 13, 48 hours in jail.
