Joe F. Bennett, 66, of Milo, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland July 20, 2021, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Samuel A. Beverage, 37, of North Haven, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, on North Haven Jan. 25, 2022, $500 fine, 24 hours jail.

Annette Lorraine Burns, 54, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Oct. 27, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Morgan Campbell Jr., 42, of Warren, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized use of property, criminal trespass, all in Warren Aug. 7, 2021, 180 days in jail; criminal mischief in Rockland Aug. 8, 2021, 180 days in jail, restitution $1,475.54; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Aug. 8, 2021, 180 days in jail; criminal mischief in Rockland Oct. 26, 2021, unconditional discharge; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 25, 2021, three months in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 24, 2021, unconditional discharge.

Tmara A. Clark, 44, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Camden Nov. 26, 2020, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug, two counts, in Rockland Feb. 13, 2021, both dismissed; violation condition of release in Rockland Feb. 13, 2021, unconditional discharge.

Davis L. Crowell, 31, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 20, 2021, dismissed.

Jermaine A. Davis, 46, of Lynn, Mass. probation violation on violation of condition of release in Camden April 2, 2018, nine months in jail, probation revoked.

Matthew Dean, 49, of Liberty, aggravated assault in Washington May 18, 2021, one year in jail with all but 180 days suspended, probation three years, restitution $1,000; criminal mischief in Washington May 18, 2021, 90 days in jail, restitution $1,000; illegal possession of a firearm in Washington May 18, 2021, one year in jail with all but 180 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $1,000.

Joshua Drinkwater, 43, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Feb. 18, 2021, three $500 fine, three days in jail, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Feb. 18, 2021, $400 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 18, 2021, 48 hours jail.

Joseph Michael Eaton, 33, of Warren, assault in Warren Aug. 4, 2021, eight months in prison.

Margaret Troost, 58, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Thomaston June 5, 2020, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation,  one year probation, license suspended three years.

Montana M. Wadleigh, 27, of Vinalhaven, night hunting on Vinalhaven Sept. 23, 2020, dismissed; criminal trespass on Vinalhaven Sept. 23, 2020, $100 fine.

Jerrod W. Wentworth, 37, of Vinalhaven, failure to vaccinate dog against rabies and keeping unlicensed dog on Vinalhaven Dec. 21, 2021, $100 fine for both.

Billie Gee White, 45, of Durham, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Dec. 13, 2018, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Dec. 13, 2020, $400 fine.
