    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Oct. 18-29.

    Tran Sydney Aho, 30, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in South Thomaston July 10, 2021, $500 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in South Thomaston July 10, 2021, $250 fine, all suspended; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in South Thomaston July 10, 2021, $250 fine with all suspended.

    David Atwood, 52, of Rockport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, two counts, in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, 60 days in jail; assault in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, in Rockland, 60 days in jail, $300 fine, all suspended; unlawful possession of drug in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, in Rockland, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 24, 2020, 60 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Dec. 13, 2018, nine months in jail.

    Angela Benjamin, 49, of Rockland, furnishing liquor to a minor in Rockland July 31, 2021, $500 fine.

    Donna M. Billings, 48, of Warren, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and operating while license suspended or revoked, both in Warren Feb. 8, 2020, both dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren July 7, 2020, dismissed.

    Crysta A. Bourque, 27, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large in Rockland Aug. 21, 2021, $50 fine.

    Jeffrey P. Callahan, 29, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license in St. George July 21, 2021, $250 fine.

    Noble Clark, 20, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden June 19, 2021, dismissed.

    Timothy F. Corcoran, 53, of Rockland, eluding an officer and motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over the speed limit in Thomaston May 16, 2021, both dismissed.

    Richard Cormier, 43, of Farmingdale, operating while license suspended or revoked in Hope July 6, 2021, $250 fine.

    John B. Curtin, 21, of St. George, criminal mischief in Thomaston June 15, 2021, dismissed.

    Erin L. Curtis, 37, of Belfast, use of drug paraphernalia in Camden Aug. 31, 2021, $300 fine.

    Alexander Finn, 34, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Feb. 15, 2020, dismissed; criminal trespass in Rockland Feb. 15, 2020, $150 fine; driving to endanger in Rockland Feb. 15, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.  

    Abigael R. Fish, 18, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Appleton July 26, 2021, $250 fine.

    Aaron Fisher, 42, of Friendship, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Friendship June 6, 2021, $350 fine; failing to make oral or written accident accident report in Friendship June 6, 2021, dismissed.

    Christopher Gaffney, 41, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large in Rockland Aug. 16, 2021, $50 fine.

    Lyndon Harrington, 47, of Friendship, aggravated criminal mischief in Friendship Dec. 15, 2018, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Friendship Dec. 15, 2018, dismissed; criminal mischief in Friendship Dec. 15, 2018, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year, $26, 765.00 restitution.

    Jason T. Weeks, 43, of Friendship, failure to register vehicle in Rockport July 18, 2019, dismissed; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate in Warren May 11, 2019, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren July 1, 2019, $500 fine; attaching false plates in Warren July 1, 2019, $250 fine, $250 suspended; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, attaching false plates and operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport July 18, 2019, all dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockport July 18, 2019, 48 hours in jail; permit unlawful use in Rockport July 18, 2019, $500 fine; aggravated criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Friendship Dec. 15, 2018, both dismissed; criminal mischief in Friendship Dec. 15, 2018, $1500 restitution, unconditional discharge.

    Harrington and Weeks were both indicted by the Knox County grand jury on Jan. 7, 2020, for aggravated criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for  sinking a lobster boat Rotten Hog. The Maine Marine Patrol located the boat submerged outside the harbor after the owner had reported to police that the boat was missing. When the boat was found, there were several holes in the hull and it was determined that they were not natural or weather related. The two men were accused of acting together in the boat sinking incident, according to the indictment.

    Andrea J. Hart, 31, of Rockport, Mass., domestic violence assault in St. George May 29, 2021, dismissed.

    Harley R. Haskell, 33, of Cushing, operating all-terrain vehicle on public way in Cushing July 10, 2021, $200 fine.

    Ian T. Lary, 45, of Liberty, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Camden Dec. 27, 2019, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Andrew Lusby, 34, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large in Rockland Aug. 15, 2021, $50 fine.

    Ryan Z. Miller, 22, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 2, 2019, dismissed.

    Nathan B. Patterson, 23, of Barrington, R.I., operating vehicle without license in Warren July 14, 2021, dismissed.

    Haley M. Patton, 24, of Reading, Pa., failing to notify of motor vehicle in Rockland accident on July 17, 2021, $350 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland July 17, 2021, $350 fine, all suspended.

    Dalton Peaslee, 28, of Jefferson, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report, both in Warren July 1, 2021, $350 fine for both.

    Jaden Petersdorf, 19, of Port Clyde, possession of lobster beyond minimum or maximum size in Port Clyde Aug. 10, 2021, $3,800 fine.

    Marianne Prescott, 57, of Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren July 13, 2019, dismissed; criminal conspiracy in Warren July 13, 2019, $250 fine.

    David Reckards, 26, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Thomaston July 17, 2020, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Justin Richards, 32, of Tenants Harbor, domestic violence assault, priors, in Cushing Jan. 2, 2021, two years in jail; criminal mischief in Cushing Jan. 2, 2021, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland March 3, 2021, 90 days in jail.

    Emily Robinson, 19, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Union July 17, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating without license-conditions/restrictions in Union July 17, 2021, dismissed.

    Tim Jackson Salvage Inc., of Washington, recycler failing to keep records in Washington July 28, 2021, $250 fine.

    Gary W. Simmons, 49, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport May 23, 2021, $250 fine.

    Benjamin J. Smith, 47, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland Nov. 29, 2019, $600 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 11, 2021, 14 days in jail.

    Jeffrey Smith, 59, of Owls Head, criminal trespass in Rockport Jan. 25, 2020, $200 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or  detention, physical force in Rockport Jan. 25, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise in Rockport Jan. 25, 2020, $200 fine.

    Michael L. Starr, 37, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 23, 2021, 60 days in jail.

    Vernon L. Thompson Jr., 51, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating vehicle without license in Warren July 20, 2021, both dismissed.

    Kody Nelson Wallace, 28, of Nobleboro, probation violation for original conviction of protection from abuse order in Cushing May 19, 2021, 21 days jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Francis L. Walsh, 57, of South Thomaston, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston June 20, 2019, no sentence imposed.

    Karen M. Walton, 54, of Appleton, domestic violence assault in Appleton Dec. 21, 2019, nine months in jail.

    Caleb Jude Williams, 28, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 4, 2021, $600 fine, license suspended 150 days.
