The annual Lobster & More event was a wonderful evening! The Lincoln Home is thankful for the families and friends in the community who came out to support the residents. The Sandy River Ramblers Bluegrass Band were a great addition to the evening. Folks enjoyed fresh Damariscotta River oysters, delicious appetizers, salads, clams, corn, lobsters and chicken with blueberry cake and ice cream, and homemade ice cream sandwiches.
The Lincoln Home is grateful for the many hands that helped make the evening a success....Thank you to Board member, Bruce Bachelder and his great crew for the actual LOBSTER BAKE...to the culinary staff... to director, Lorrie Winslow for the incredible charcuterie boards, the homemade blueberry cakes and homemade ice cream sandwiches... to the incredible staff who worked tirelessly before, during and after the event...to Mook Sea Farms for donating the delicious oysters....to Clark Farms for donating the corn...and to the generosity of several business sponsors.
All proceeds go to the Resident’s Financial Assistance Fund. The Lincoln Home, a non-profit assisted living community that supports a vibrant lifestyle for seniors, and our Lincoln County community.
