    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed up to the Waldo County Judicial Unified Court by a grand jury July 29.

    Adam L. Barnes, 37, of Stockton Springs, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs May 6, in Belfast.

    Darvin Bladimil Peguero Ruiz, 21, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County June 22; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County June 22; criminal forfeiture in Waldo County June 22. 

    Ty W. Bowden, 37, of Montville, arson in Montville April 9; domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon in Montville March 30; domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Montville May 30; operating after revocation in Waldo April 9; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Waldo April 9.

     Allison E. Brown, 41, of Northport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 27; criminal speed in Belfast Nov. 27. 

    Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 5.

    Vincent Digiovanni, 44, of Montville, domestic violence assault in Montville June 13; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Montville June 13; obstructing the report of a crime or injury in Montville June 13. 

    Philip J. Dulude, 55, of Swanville, criminal operating under the influence in Swanville July 9; unauthorized use of property in Swanville July 9; criminal mischief in Swanville July 9; leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage in Swanville July 9; operating after suspension in Swanville July 9.

    Antonia Flagg, 20, of Belmont, three counts of assault on an emergency medical service person in Belfast April 15.

    Elijah-Michael Hakes, 26, of Winterport, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Winterport April 18; two counts of domestic violence aggravated assault in Winterport April 30, and May 1; domestic violence assault in Winterport May 1; criminal restraint in Winterport May 1. 

    Trey L. Harford, 32, of Belfast, operating after revocation in Belfast Feb. 22. 

    Nicholas A. Hart, 38, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo June 22; violating a condition of release in Waldo County June 22. 

    Christopher J. Lawrence, 42, of Swanville, operating after revocation in Searsport June 9; failure to stop for an officer in Searsport June 9; driving to endanger in Searsport June 9; refusing to submit to arrest in Searsport June 9; violating a condition of release in Searsport June 9; burglary in Belfast June 4; criminal mischief in Belfast June 4; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast June 4. 

    Wayne Lawrence, 45, of Belfast, burglary in Belfast June 4; criminal mischief in Belfast June 4; refusing to submit to arrest in Belfast June 4. 

    Zebediah J. Maker, 39, of Liberty, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Liberty Jan. 2; operating after revocation in Liberty Jan. 2; violating a condition of release in Liberty Jan. 2. 

    Matthew B. Masse, 41, of Lewiston, domestic violence assault in Burnham May 31; criminal mischief in Burnham May 31; obstructing the report of a crime or injury in Burnham May 31; assault in Burnham May 31. 

    Margaret Thomas, 38, of Unity, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Unity May 23. 

    Howard W. Whitcomb, 40, of Brooks, aggravated criminal operating under the influence in Belfast March 25. 

    Randy S. Fairbrother, 43, of Prospect, violating a condition of release in Morrill April 8.
