    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 13-Aug. 5.

    James Ball, 20, of Union, violating condition of release in Warren May 30, 2024, $500 fine.

    Rosa Batty, 50, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 27, 2024, dismissed.

    Brandon Betts, 27, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Cushing Sept. 9, 2022, $250 fine all suspended; driving to endanger in Cushing Sept. 9, 2022, dismissed; criminal mischief in Thomaston Nov. 30, 2023, in Thomaston, $250 fine, $350 restitution; violating condition of release in Thomaston Nov. 30, 2023, dismissed.

    Chandler Breen, 33, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Thomaston April 21, 2024, dismissed.

    William K. Burruss, 27, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Friendship Dec. 13, 2023, $700 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended five months.

    James Y. Campbell, 58, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston March 20, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    David Carter, 44, of Washington, violating protection order in Washington July 26, 2024, 48 hours in jail.

    David A. Carver, 49, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Rockland Sept. 1, 2023, seven days in jail.

    Paul Farrell, 32, of Warren, domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, and violating condition of release all in St. George May 3, 2024, all dismissed.

    Julia M. Gallace, 19, of Jefferson, attaching false plates in Union Oct. 24, 2023, $150 fine.

    Daniel S. Ganoza, 24, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence aggravated assault on Vinalhaven Feb. 29, 2024, dismissed.

    Christopher Goehringer, 41, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren June 6, 2024, dismissed.

    Hailey Harwood, 31, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct both on Vinalhaven April 10, 2022, both dismissed.

    Kylie Hooper, 19, of Owls Head, burglary, theft by unauthorized use of property, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer all in Rockland March 22, 2024, all dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland May 11, 2024, dismissed.

    Daniel J. Janssen, 45, of Kansas City, Mo., fishing without a valid license in Union May 6, 2024, $100 fine.

    Christopher Jehlen, 40, of Bangor, violating condition of release in Rockport July 21, 2024, 24 hours in jail.

    Joseph W. Kennedy, 62, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren March 20, 2024, dismissed.

    Connor J. Knowlton, 20, of South Thomaston, gross sexual assault in South Thomaston Jan. 1, 2023, 10 years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation four years; violating condition of release Jan. 1, 2023, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release in South Thomaston March 2, 2024, $250 fine for each count.

    Jennifer M. Kunn, 35, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Sept. 17, 2023, restitution $56.22; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 27, 2023, $400 fine; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 27, 2023, $400 fine all suspended; unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release both in Thomaston Nov. 15, 2023, $400 fine all suspended.

    Jason A. Littlefield, 39, of Appleton, domestic violence terrorizing and violating condition of release both in Appleton July 21, 2021, both dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm and domestic violence terrorizing in Appleton July 21, 2021, 221 days in jail; violating condition of release in Appleton Sept. 29, 2021, 223 days in jail.

    Joshua Van Vliet Miller, 47, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George March 8, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in St. George March 8, 2023, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    James Myers Jr., 52, of Washington, criminal mischief in Washington July 30, 2023, seven days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation with one prior, in Rockland Jan. 4, 2024, $1,000 fine, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years; operating motor vehicle without license in Rockland Jan. 4, 2024, seven days in jail.

    Caleb Dylan O'Brien, 33, of Hope, domestic violence assault, with two priors, in Rockland April 1, 2023, both dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland April 1, 2023, 110 days in jail.

    Kaia M. O'Brien, 21, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 23, 2024, dismissed.

    Eric C. Padilla, 36, of Rockland, violating fishing rule in Rockport May 7, 2024, $100 fine.

    Richard A. Paulsen II, 64, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Thomaston Feb. 5, 2024, $700 fine, 180 days in jail all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

    Nitelle M. Pease, 34, of Warren, violating protection order in South Thomaston May 25, 2024, $250 fine.

    James H. Poole II, 41, of Vinalhaven, Class I lobster and crab fishing without a license on Vinalhaven April 18, 2024, $500 fine.

    Jonathan Richard, 41, of Bangor, violating fishing rule in Rockport May 5, 2024, $100 fine.

    Walter Smith, 69, of Rockland, reckless conduct in Thomaston Jan. 18, 2024, dismissed.

    Jacquelin J. Smollett, 41, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, with three priors, and violating of condition of release in Warren April 30, 2022, and in Thomaston May 28, 2022; operating after habitual offender revocation, with three priors, violating condition of release, and attaching false plates all in South Thomaston March 6, 2024, all dismissed.

    Chyna Stewart, 25, of Eliot, assault in Camden Oct. 15, 2023, $300 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Camden Oct. 15, 2023, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Oct. 15, 2023, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Brian Swift, 37, of Chelsea, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Friendship Nov. 5, 2023, $500 fine, license suspension 150 days.

    Nicholas John Wallace, 36, of Rockland, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop in Rockland Dec. 26, 2023, 24 hours jail; criminal trespass and violating a condition of release both in Thomaston Jan. 2, 2024, 24 hours jail; protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release both in Rockland Feb. 21, 2024, 30 days jail.

    Christopher T. Weller, 38, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence (alcohol) on Vinalhaven Dec. 23, 2021, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger on Vinalhaven Dec. 23, 2021, dismissed.
