Joseph Perry, 29, of Belfast, unlawful sexual contact in Monroe Aug. 1, 2017, dismissed.

Dylan McClure, 26, of Rockport, night hunting in Morrill Nov. 24, 2021, three days in jail and $1,000 fine. 

Samantha Brown, 46, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Searsport Feb. 20, 2023, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Searsport Feb. 20, 2023, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Searsport Feb. 20, 2023, 48 hours in jail; operating after license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 30, seven days in jail, license suspended for one month, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 30, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville Jan. 28, 48 hours in jail.

Isabella Noui, 21, of Belfast, robbery in Belfast June 13, 2023, 10 years in prison with all but 400 days suspended, four years of probation, and $400 restitution; falsifying physical evidence in Belfast June 13, 2023, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 13, 2023, 60 days in jail.

Christopher Carlow, 37, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity June 20, 2023, $200 fine. 

Thadeous E. Macleod, 37, of Lincolnville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Oct. 19, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Oct. 19, 96 hours in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Oct. 19, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Sarah M. Smith, 49, of Waterville, operating after registration suspended in Unity Oct. 22, $150 fine. 

Lucas J. Small, 45, of Searsport, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed.
