    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 8 - Aug. 4.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    July 8

    Michelle E. Martin, 33, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Route 1 in Northport. 

    July 26

    Nicholas M. Heald, 40, of Rockport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Waterville Road in Waldo. 

    Tracey A. Heald, 37, of Rockport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Waterville Road in Waldo. 

    July 31

    Carli A. Finn, 20, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Belfast Road in Knox. 

    Aug. 1

    Robbie Flint, 37, of Cushing, was issued a summons for operating beyond conditions/restrictions on Main Street in Lincolnville.
