CUSHING — Thomas Joseph Sinclair, 68, of Cushing, Maine, formerly of Hollywood, Florida, died on August 12, 2024, at Togus VA Medical Center.

Tom was born on June 13, 1956, in Brockton, Massachusetts to parents Robert and Marie (Rivers) Sinclair. He grew up in Florida and attended local schools. He then went on to enlist in the United States Army, and while in the Army, he received his high school diploma.

In his free time, Tom enjoyed being on the tractor working on his property in Cushing. He was also a member of the St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Rockland.

Tom was predeceased by his mother, Marie Sinclair, just months prior to his passing, and his father, Robert Sinclair.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert Sinclair of Stoughton, Massachusetts, Stephen Sinclair of Hallandale Beach, Florida, and Donna French and husband Patrick of Hollywood, Florida; a nephew, Blake French and wife Ivanna of Orlando, Florida; and an anticipated niece, Liliana.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 10 a.m., at Pleasant View Cemetery, Davis Point Road, Cushing, Maine.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
