CAMDEN — Older adults and family members interested in learning more about assisted living are invited to attend an Assisted Living Open House at Quarry Hill on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., at Quarry Hill’s main building, the Anderson Inn. The event is planned as part of Quarry Hill’s annual observance of National Assisted Living Week, scheduled this year for September 8–14.

The open house is an opportunity to explore Quarry Hill’s traditional assisted living community, meet residents and staff, and pick up free literature on helping loved ones make the transition to assisted living. Visitors can learn more about services, apartment types and other specifics and get a sense of what it’s like to live in Midcoast Maine’s premiere community for older adults.
