Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 18-25.

    Ethan S. Sargent, 32, of Troy, two counts of terrorizing in Brooks June 22, 2021, both dismissed.

    Daniel R. Therrien, 38, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Nov. 16, 2021, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Dana Higgins, 22, of Morrill, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Morrill Sept. 10, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Morill Sept. 10, 2021, $250 fine; operating after revocation in Searsport Aug. 18, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 18, 2021, $250 fine. 

    David F. Winslow, 76, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast April 23, 2022, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Brian W. Larrabee, 42, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Nov. 7, 2022, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 43, of Camden, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 11, $400 fine. 

    Eryn L. Porter, 48, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 8, dismissed. 

    Lucas J. Small, 45, of Searsport, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed. 

    Robert Vellaro, 47, of Northport, violating a condition of release in Liberty Feb. 23, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 4, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 4, $300 fine. 

    Roberta J. Fuller, 59, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belmont March 24, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Robert Martineau, 58, of Searsport, burning prohibited material in Searsport April 2, dismissed.
