Waldo County closed cases

    The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 21-27. 

    Sherry Johnson, 62, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs June 20, 2021, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

    Katherine Behan, 20, of Blue Point, New York, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport Oct. 1, 2022, dismissed. 

    Dale J. Klein, 24, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy Nov. 7, 2022, $250 fine. 

    Rosemarie Breen, 43, of Searsmont, aiding escape in Belfast March 25, 2023, dismissed; obstructing government administration in Belfast March 25, 2023, $150 fine. 

    Richard A. Henry Jr., 61, of Troy, three counts of indecent conduct in Troy Aug. 12, Aug. 13, and Aug. 17, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation for each  count. 

    Joshua A. Linscott, 32, of Islesboro, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) on Islesboro June 21, 2023, $300 fine. 

    Paul R. Walsh, 63, of Thorndike, operating under the influence in Unity March 4, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Unity March 4, $250 fine. 

    Gregg L. Hamilton, 50, of Brooks, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Brooks Jan. 9, $400 fine. 

    Neal H. Wood Jr., 56, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast March 20, $750 fine. 

    Lacey V. Lawrence, 30, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 2, 90 days in jail and $19.88 restitution. 

    Jason R. Farrow, 39, of Searsport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Searsport March 31, $250 fine. 

    Kathy Anderson, 52, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 27, $250 fine. 

    Shawn M. O’Brien, 38, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Feb. 13, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 13, $250 fine. 

    Thomas W. Hough, 31, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Feb. 11, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville Feb. 11, $150 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville Feb. 11, $150 fine. 

    William Deane Jr., 47, of Friendship, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville June 11, seven days in jail.
