BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 12-16.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 12

Katrina M. Paquette, 51, of China, was arrested for burglary, violating a condition of release. criminal trespass, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Western Ridge Road in Palermo. 

July 14

Cameron Philbrook, 48, of Searsport, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, refusing to stop for an officer on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort. 

July 15

Ryan T. Paradis, 20, of Searsport, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Moody Mountain Road in Searsmont. 

Joshua B. Lockhart, 61, of Brewer, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release pm Main Road N. in Frankfort. 

July 16

Jason I.P. Stager, 36, of Montville, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Moody Mountain Road in Searsmont.
