    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 6 - Dec. 1. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 6

    Devin O’Brien, 26, of Swanville, was issued summonses for criminal speed, eluding an officer, operating without a license on Route 1 in Winterport.

    Nov. 14

    Dustin Hubbard, 30, of Unity, was arrested for attaching false plates, operating after habitual offender revocation, and two counts of violating a  condition of release on Route 3 in Liberty.

    Nov. 19

    Lyle Hanson, 33, of Liberty, was issued a summons for possession of a scheduled drug on Ridge School Road in Liberty.

    Nov. 27

    Erik Thompson, 42, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Morrill Road in Montville. 

    Nov. 29

    Robert Peaslee, 53, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Unity Road in Thorndike. 

    Dec. 1

    Christopher Hebert, 43, of Belmont, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
