The Waldo Theatre will participate in ArtWalk Waldoboro with a new gallery exhibit called “Seeds of Hope” and Oren Robinson will be playing music on our stage on Friday, August 30th from 4-7pm. For more information about the ArtWalk, go to: https://artwalk.waldoboro.org.

 

Oren is a Singer-Songwriter from Midcoast Maine, writing songs about nature and introspection as well as humorous tunes based in human nature.  He is the musical director of the Early Evening Show, Maine's oldest continuously running variety show. Oren used to play with The Ale House String Band and Twisted Maple, both local folk groups. His latest album 'Hallowed' was released on Spotify last year. When not being free from the fetters of the 9-5 Oren is a teacher at Palermo and Windsor elementary schools, warning kids of the dangers of a musical career. Oren is a regular volunteer at The Waldo Theatre, and he is also a hobby homesteader.
