BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 8-22.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 8

Ricky K. Pomeroy, 34, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and assault on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs. 

Aug. 17

Jared Hews, 26, of Winterport, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Main Street in Winterport. 

Trapper W. Larrabee, 29, of Thorndike, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating with a license expired for over 90 days on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
