Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 23-29. 

    Allan M. Hurd, 32, of Liberty, probation violation in Liberty Sept. 13, 2020, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; negotiating a worthless instrument in Morrill Dec. 28, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont Nov. 29, 2021, $250 fine; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Swanville May 3, 2022, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 3, 2022, $250 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Montville Dec. 1, dismissed. 

    Jordan C. Dennis, 37, of Lincolnville, driving to endanger in Unity Oct. 16, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $575 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Oct. 16, 2021, $400 fine. 

    Stephen E. Boyle Jr., 52, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport April 4, 2022, not guilty.

    Jessica Seidl, 45, of Searsmont, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsmont Aug. 12, 48 hours in jail. 

    Mykel Rogers, 21, of Union, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 26, dismissed.

    Brian F. Crispin, 53, of Anson, operating under the influence in Winterport Feb. 9, 14 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $1,500 fine. 

    Lyle Hanson, 33, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Liberty Nov. 19, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Brooks April 3, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks April 3, $500 fine. 

    Jarrod M. Greeley, 46, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Northport Dec. 24, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.

    Braden F. Harriman, 19, of Brewer, criminal mischief in Winterport March 23, dismissed. 

    Dillon Heiser, 32, of Warren, violating a condition of release in Northport June 25, five days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Northport June 25, five days in jail.
