Scott Cuddy cares about all Mainers

Mon, 09/09/2024 - 8:45am
I was thrilled to learn that Scott Cuddy was running for reelection to the Maine House of Representatives. While he would be serving for the towns of Winterport, Searsport, Stockton Springs, Prospect and part of Frankfort, he cares about all Mainers. And he can proudly say that all his support comes from Maine, not out of state interests.
Scott brought such valuable professional and life experience to the table during his previous service on the legislative committees of Energy, Utilities & Technology and Labor & Housing. Both of these committees deal with important issues critical to our quality of life.

Many of us struggle with rising rates for electricity. Scott understands this and successfully passed a bill to hold CMP & Versant more accountable for their performance, with penalties if they drop the ball. This bill also laid out a 10-year plan for the transmission and distribution of electricity. And that is just one example of his good work.

As a parent and a resident of Winterport, who currently resides in the house he grew up in, Scott is no stranger to his community. He has also stepped up and served five years on his local School Board. He did such a great job in the past and has so much to offer going forward, please join me in voting him back into office.
