Toad Hall Editions, a small press in Northport, and Camden’s The Poets Corner announce the return of “Draft,” a monthly open mic in Searsport.

This community event features works in progress from writers and poets in Midcoast Maine and takes place at Hey Sailor, 25 E. Main Street, Searsport, on Monday, July 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. A signup sheet will be available and readers can share poetry and short pieces (4-6 minutes per reader).
