    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from June 24-28.

    Danielle Ames, 36, of Cushing, domestic violence reckless conduct in Rockland April 29, 2024, dismissed.

    Lindsey R. Banda, 33, of Tenants Harbor, domestic violence assault and assault both in St. George Jan. 7, 2023, both dismissed.

    Loralee F. Brown, 71, of West Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Feb. 4, 2022, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Camden Feb. 8, 2022, guilty; violating condition of release in Rockport Nov. 13, 2022, guilty; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Nov. 13, 2022, $500 fine all suspended, license suspended 150 days.

    Heath Curtis, 42, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Sept. 4, 2023, $700 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Benjamin Lee Davis, 34, of Unity, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size in Appleton April 20, 2024, $60 fine; fishing without a valid license in Appleton April 20, 2024, $100 fine.

    Jeremy Dennison, 38, of Rockport, aggravated criminal mischief in Rockport Dec. 20, 2022, 18 months in prison, restitution $10,6000; violating condition of release in Rockport Dec. 20, 2022; unlawful sexual touching in Rockland Sept. 11, 2023, six months in jail; assault in Rockland Sept. 11, 2023, five years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation two years, restitution $10,6000; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 11, 2023, 90 days in jail.

    Anthony Dow, 51, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Thomaston Nov. 27, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; refusing to sign uniform summons and complaint in Thomaston Nov. 27, 2021, dismissed.

    Zoe L. Goodridge, 29, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston June 19, 2023, dismissed.

    Cory L. Hayden, 36, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Thomaston June 1, 2023, dismissed; assault in Thomaston June 1, 2023, $350 fine.

    Tracey Heald, 39, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden July 27, 2022, 24 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Feb. 24, 2024, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release both in Rockland Feb. 24, 2024, $400 fine all suspended.

    Stuart C. Heavisides, 57, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, with one prior and motor vehicle speeding thirty miles over the speed limit both in Rockport Aug. 13, 2021, both dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Aug. 13, 2021, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 12, 2023, dismissed.

    Andrew F. Hudson, 54, of Lincolnville, operating vehicle without license in Camden July 11, 2023, dismissed.

    Cynthia A. John, 72, of South Thomaston, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Thomaston Dec. 19, 2023, dismissed.

    Christopher D. Hooper, 46, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, theft by unauthorized use of property, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer all in Thomaston Feb. 18, 2024, all guilty; failing to stop for an officer in Rockland Feb. 18, 2024, guilty.

    Alexander J. Kaufmann, 41, of Union, aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, assault on an officer, and domestic violence assault all in South Thomaston Jan. 9, 2023, all dismissed; terrorizing, disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, and criminal threatening all in South Thomaston Jan. 9, 2023, eight days in jail; assault in South Thomaston Jan. 9, 2023, $300 fine, eight days in jail; assault, two counts, in South Thomaston Jan. 9, 2023, $300 fine all suspended (for each count), eight days in jail.

    Nickolas King, 34, of Union, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, in Rockland Nov. 26, 2022, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 26, 2022, 96 hours in jail.

    Noah J. Lachance, 20, of Camden, fishing without a valid license in Rockport April 2, 2024, $100 fine.

    Stephen Little, 36, of Rockland, assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence criminal threatening, and police standoff all in Thomaston Dec. 11, 2023, 60 months in jail.

    Little caused a police standoff in Thomaston after showing up at his sister’s house unannounced and kicking in her bedroom door while she was sleeping, court documents said. For at least 11 hours, the portion of Pleasant Street surrounding the house was closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic while Rockland and Thomaston police surrounded the house and Maine State Police tactical Team members made attempts to open a dialog with Little, and ultimately, to draw him from the house.

    Ryan R. Ludwig, 33, of Thomaston, criminal mischief in Rockport March 31, 2024, dismissed.

    Justin A. Luszczki, 40, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Thomaston June 24, 2024, six months in jail; criminal trespass and violating condition of release both in Thomaston June 24, 2024, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release both in Rockland 90 days in jail.

    Eric M. Meklin, 40, of St. George, domestic violence assault and criminal threatening both in Cushing Aug. 4, 2023, 60 days in jail; driving to endanger in Cushing Aug. 4, 2023, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; aggravated criminal threatening in Cushing Aug. 4, 2023, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $4,212.18.

    Cameron Gnosine-Rubenstein, 27, of Rockland, domestic violence aggravated assault in Rockland Nov. 3, 2023, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Rockland Nov. 3, 2023, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation two years.

    Justin R. Ruiz, 42, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Thomaston March 18, 2024, $150 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Thomaston March 18, 2024, $150 fine all suspended.

    John Sheehan Jr., 41, of Waterville, night hunting in North Haven Oct. 24, 2023, dismissed; discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling on North Haven Oct. 24, 2023, $400 fine.

    Donald W. Simmons Jr., 48, of Waldoboro, tag system penalties in Friendship March 22, 2023, $250 fine.

    Roy T. Smith, III, 69, of Warren, protective order from harassment violation in Warren Nov. 22, 2023, $250 fine.

    Joel F. Swain, 47, of Tenants Harbor, probation violation for original conviction of tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Rockland July 15, 2020, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Ethan B. Watt, 34, of Vinalhaven, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Aug. 8, 2021, $400 fine, two years in jail all suspended, probation two years.

    Shawna Watts, 37, of Lagrange, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Thomaston Nov.17, 2019, restitution $130, unconditional discharge.

    Zackary H. Woodbury, 43, of Waldoboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Sept. 19, 2023, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 19, 2023, guilty; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 19, 2023, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland March 16, 2024, $400 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland March 16, 2024, guilty.
