BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 16-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Sept. 18

Troy Bryant, 42, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates.

Sept. 19

Dawn LaValley, 54, was arrested for violating conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and criminal trespass on Main Street.

Samantha L. Utecht, 25, of Newport, was issued a summons or operating after suspension on Waldo Avenue.

Sept. 20

Tiffany N. Hart, 30, of Waldo, was issued summonses for possession of a scheduled drug, falsifying physical evidence, possession of a schedule W drug, and violating conditions of release on Route 1.
