    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 16-22. 

    Adam Johnson, 32, of Pittsfield, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity June 23, 2021, both dismissed. 

    Isabella Noui, 21, of Belfast, criminal attempt in Belfast June 13, 2023, dismissed; elevated aggravated assault in Belfast June 13, 2023, dismissed; aggravated assault in Belfast June 13, dismissed. 

    Ashley Lane, 28, of Bingham, criminal trespass in Winterport May 19, 2023, $200 fine. 

    Donavon Mitchell, 28, of Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Nov. 11, 24 hours in jail and $400 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 11, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 11, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Liberty Jan. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Liberty Jan. 27, dismissed. 

    Joseph A. Littlefield, 27, of Morrill, visual sexual aggression against a child in Frankfort Nov. 3, dismissed. 

    Damon Z. Danforth, 18, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Monroe Feb. 1, $200 fine.

    Sharod D. Parker, 38, of Monmouth, reckless conduct in Unity May 6, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Unity May 6, three years in prison with all but 24 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Eric Stevens, 32, of Orrington, operating a vehicle without a license in Monroe Jan. 6, $150 fine. 

    Matthew B. Masse, 41, of Lewiston, domestic violence assault in Burnham May 31, 16 months in prison; criminal mischief in Burnham May 31, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Burnham May 31, six months in jail; assault in Burnham May 31, six months in jail and $300 fine. 

    James S. Larrabee, 32, of Knox, domestic violence assault in Knox June 2, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Knox June 2, dismissed. 

    Erin K. Nelson, 39, of Palermo, failure to register a vehicle in Palermo March 11, $100 fine. 

    Joseph L. Hills, 36, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks March 20, $250 fine and $251.80 restitution. 

    Henry Garfield, 66, of Bangor, criminal mischief in Belfast May 7, $150 fine. 

    Hawkes Tree Service Inc., of Phippsburg, operating after registration suspended in Brooks May 30, $150 fine. 

    Benjamin E. Kormann, 30, of Thorndike, operating under the influence in Unity May 10, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Cathal S. Robinson, 25, of Vinalhaven, disposing of lighted material in Lincolnville May 13, $150 fine. 

    Eamon R. Goscinski, 21, of Belfast, minor possessing liquor in Belfast May 25, $200 fine. 

    Wolfgang Heintz, 26, of Morrill, operating without safety equipment in Brooks May 28, $100 fine. 

    Jennifer Tedesco, 34, of Pittsfield, littering in Unity May 9, $50 fine.
