Timothy Moody, 33, of Searsport, probation violation in Monroe Nov. 26, 2019, 349 days in prison and probation revoked; operating after habitual offender revocation in Northport June 30, 2021, 349 days in prison and $1,000 fine; domestic violence assault in Northport Feb. 14, 2022, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Northport Feb. 14, 2022, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 30, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 10, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 10, seven days in jail. 

Jesse J. Clement, 40, of Waterville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Dec. 12, 2022, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham June 17, 2023, six months in jail and $1,100.88 restitution.

William N. Wheeler Jr. 55, of Burnham, reckless conduct in Burnham Feb. 16, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,347.41 restitution; aggravated criminal mischief in Burnham Feb. 16, 90 days in jail; two counts of aggravated criminal mischief in Unity Feb. 16, 90 days in jail and $1,000 restitution for count one, 90 days in jail and $347.41 restitution for count two; driving to endanger in Unity Feb. 16, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Feb. 16, 48 hours in jail; two counts of violating a condition of release in Burnham April 2, and March 27, seven days in jail for each count. 

Eva M. Peterson, 28, of Corinth, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 21, $300 fine. 

Michael Sentell, 40, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 16, dismissed. 

Carl Burch, 52, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 25, $100 fine. 

Steven J. Carr, 24, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport March 18, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport March 18, $150 fine. 

Stanley Curtis, 58, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Brooks April 13, $50 fine. 

Wayne Dubay, 78, of Mercer, fishing in violation of number, amount, weight, or size in Searsmont April 25, $100 fine. 

Cesar Garrison, 23, of Pittsfield, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity May 19, $100 fine. 

Cassandra G. Lucas, 32, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Frankfort March 17, $100 fine. 

Jason McVeigh, 40, of Winslow, operating a vehicle without a license in Knox May 28, $100 fine. 

John W. Pawlina, 66, of Monroe, burning without a permit in Monroe April 23, $100 fine. 

Devin Ross, 26, of Knox, issuing a sub-standard vehicle inspection certificate in Knox April 14, $250 fine.
