    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 6-16.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Aug. 6

    Richard Palmer, 31, of Newburgh, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Franklin Street in Belfast.

    Aug. 10

    Braeden D. Foley, 20, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Lebanon Road in Winterport.

    Aug. 11

    James A. Salemme, 31, of Troy, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Detroit Road in Troy. 

    Aug. 13

    Michaela Greenleaf, 26, of Swanville, was arrested for driving to endanger on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport.
