Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 1-12.  

    Holly M.  Beaupre, 39, of Warren, violating condition of release in Rockport July 4, 2024, guilty.

    Bianca M. Brancella, 32, of Thomaston, obstructing government administration in Warren April 29, 2024, $500 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland May 12, 2024, $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence in Rockland May 12, 2024, $400 fine all suspended.

    Dustin B. Brooks, 38, of Litchfield and Warren, probation violations for original convictions of domestic violence assault, with priors, and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim all in St. George Oct. 3, 2022, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked criminal trespass and criminal mischief in St. George May 19, 2024, both guilty.

    Erin L. Chase, 43, of Warren, domestic violence assault, three counts, in Warren March 7, 2023, Dec.17, 2022, and Feb. 17, 2024, 270 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year; violating condition of release in Warren Feb. 17, 2024, and in Rockland April 2, 2024, both, dismissed.

    Arlene A. Condon, 48, of Washington, violating condition of release in Rockport July 6, 2024, guilty.

    Eric J. Doughty, 49, of Boothbay, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland March 21, 2024, dismissed.

    Shane J. Elliott, 24, of Windsor, domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening in Union June 18, 2020, both guilty; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Nov. 3, 2022, guilty.

    Nakeisha A.  Flaherty, 27, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 14, 2024, $250 fine all suspended; assault in Warren Feb. 27, 2024, $300 fine.

    Aaron Fogg, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 7, 2024, $250 fine, restitution $232.60; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 7, 2024, $250 fine, restitution $19.99.

    Vanessa Frisbie, 36, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland July 3, 2024, five days in jail.

    Rodney R. Genthner II, 39, of Friendship, engaging in activities while suspended in Friendship Aug. 28, 2023, $1,000 fine.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

    Kenneth W. Hodges, 43, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Jan. 2, 2024, $500 fine, five days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Codi J. Hynd, 31, of Spruce Head, criminal attempt in Warren June 10, 2023, 12 years in jail with all but eight years suspended, probation four years; domestic violence aggravated assault in Warren June 10, 2023, five years in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening, with priors, in Warren June 10, 2023, five years in prison.

    Hynd was indicted by a Knox County grand jury in Oct. 2023 for the attempted murder of a woman in Warren. He has remained in jail since he was arrested in June 2023.

    Max Jacobsen, 22, of Cushing, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Friendship April 27, 2024, $250 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in Friendship April 27, 2024, $150 fine all suspended.

    Jonathan McLeod, 39, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Rockland Sept. 26, 2022, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Crystal S. Schafer, 34, of Rockport, criminal trespass in Rockland May 4, 2024, $150 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, bodily injury in Rockland May 4, 2024, dismissed.

    Kristen M. Staples, 39, of Edgecomb, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Camden June 4, 2024, $150 fine; disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place in Camden June 4, 2024, dismissed.

    Shylo Wall, 26, of Friendship, domestic violence assault in Friendship Aug. 13, 2022, dismissed; criminal mischief in Friendship Aug. 13, 2022, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Friendship Aug. 13, 2022, $250 fine all suspended.
