Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 21 - July 12.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    June 21

    Stephen C. Larrabee, 45, of Prospect, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

    July 4

    Katherine Kelley, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on an emergency medical services person on Northport Ave. 

    July 5

    Joshua R. Miller, 52, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    July 7

    Michael C. Sentell, 40, of North Anson, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Smart Road. 

    July 8

    Brittany Saucier, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear. 

    Derek R. Philbrook, 38, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Anthony Faught, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Belmont Ave.
