CAMDEN — Thanks to Camden Opera House’s Community Arts Fund, there will be free concerts every Sunday afternoon in August at the Camden Snow Bowl, 20 Barnestown Road. The annual series opens Sunday, Aug. 4, at 4 p.m., with The Right Track band. 

The Right Track is an 11-piece classic R&B/soul/funk band with a full horn section, playing all dance music, all the time. With an active schedule of private events and public performances, this local ensemble has garnered multiple fans and a real following, especially among those who like to move, according to the Opera House, in a news release.

“There is a dance area in front of the lodge deck that will be hopping, and toes should be tapping right up the slope,” said COH.

Attendees are invited to bring lawn seating and picnics to these free events; water will be available for sale, to benefit series sponsor the Community Arts Fund. All dogs must be on leash.

In the event of wet weather, the concert will be held at the downtown Camden Opera House. Any rain location decisions will be made 5 p.m. the day before and posted on camdenoperahouse.com and in social media.
