Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 3-9.

    Wade D. Brayman, 65, of Liberty, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Liberty Sept. 7, 2018, dismissed. 

    August H. Vieweger II, 34, of Frankfort, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport June 5, 2019, six years in prison with all but 33 months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; 

    Richard M. Wentworth III, 35, of Bangor, attaching false plates in Winterport April 21, 2021, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport April 21, 2021, $250 fine. 

    William R. Snow, 34, of Belfast, unlawful possession of heroin in Belfast April 27, 2022, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 27, 2022, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 3, 2022, 10 years in prison with all but five years suspended, four years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast April 24, 2022, five years in prison and $400 fine. 

    Anna Roman, 39, of Garland, theft by unauthorized use of property in Winterport May 13, 2022, 72 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Winterport May 13, 2022, 72 hours in jail.

    Todd Williams, 55, of Camden, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Aug. 12, not guilty. 

    Takota W. Lenfest, 26, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 15, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast Oct. 23, dismissed; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belfast March 19 and March 20, one year in prison for each count.

    Cristin R. Harvey, 33, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Freedom Nov. 29, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Freedom Nov. 29, dismissed; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Freedom Nov. 29, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Nov. 28, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks Nov. 28, dismissed; failure to register a vehicle in Brooks Nov. 28, dismissed.  

    Jennifer L. Atwood, 44, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Dec. 9, six months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Steven J. Carr, 24, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Stockton Springs March 8, $150 fine. 

    Duane F. Edgecomb, 53, of Searsmont, displaying a fictitious certificate in Searsmont Jan 20, $150 fine. 

    Cristiane Gil, 43, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 24, dismissed. 

    Brad Pinkerton, 43, of Belfast, burning without a permit in Belfast March 23, $150 fine.

    Tyler K. Shaw, 18, of Knox, operating while license is suspended or revoked in Belfast March 27, dismissed. 

    Leif McClellan, 41, of Searsmont, fishing without a valid license in Lincolnville Feb. 25, $100 fine. 

    Joseph Dorval, 40, of Belfast, violating a protection order in Belfast May 1, 48 hours in jail.
