    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 9 - 25. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    May 9

    Jason M. Haskell, 57, of Troy, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means on Troy Road in Burnham. 

    May 10

    Jake L. Foster, 29, of South China, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Detroit Road in Troy. 

    Damian R. Benner, 48, of Montville, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Pinnacle Road in Liberty. 

    May 19

    Cesar E. Garrison, 23, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Prairie Road in Unity. 

    Christopher D. Caldwell, 24, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Belfast Road in Knox.
