BELFAST The — Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 15 - May 8.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

April 15

Jacob T. Frant, 39, of Hampden, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Swan Lake Ave in Monroe. 

April 26

Dahson X. Walton, 21, of Hampden, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave. 

April 30

Eric Harvey, 35, of Northport, was issued summonses for two counts of domestic violence assault, driving to endanger, unauthorized use of property, violating a condition of release on Bayside Road in Northport, and operating after revocation on Bayside Road in Northport. The aforementioned charges all stem from an incident Oct. 14.

May 4

Devan J. Jordan, 33, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Route 137 in Waldo.
