Mary Jane Draper, 20, of Searsport, criminal mischief in Brooks June 20, 2023, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks June 20, 2023, 10 days in jail; operating under the influence in Belfast May 16, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 16, 10 days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 3, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 3, dismissed. 

Bradley J. Beeton, 38, of Stockton Springs, illegal possession of a firearm in Stockton Springs Dec. 20, two years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; criminal trespass in Stockton Springs Dec. 20, 30 days in jail.

Nicholas J. Dyer, 39, of Searsmont, eluding an officer in Montville Jan. 18, 120 days in jail; driving to endanger in Montville Jan. 18, dismissed. 

Rachel Parker, 43, of Augusta, burning without a permit in Unity March 1, $250 fine; criminal mischief in Unity March 1, $250 fine and $825 restitution; kindling fire without permission in Unity March 1, dismissed; criminal mischief in Unity March 1, dismissed.

Darlene L. Peabody, 52, of Jackson, attaching false plates in Monroe June 7, $150 fine. 

Marquail Paige, 29, of Farmington, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks July 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Unity July 25, unconditional discharge. 

Scott L. Tower, 34, of Unity, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Unity June 27, $150 fine. 

Robbie Flint, 37, of Cushing, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Lincolnville Aug. 1, $150 fine. 

Isaiah R. Gamache, 20, of Brooks, failure to register a vehicle in Brooks June 8, $150 fine.

Pauline M. Hopkins, 59, of Searsport, attaching false plates in Belfast May 12, $150 fine. 

Brian W. Knight, 50, of Freedom, two counts of burning prohibited material in Freedom June 20, and June 21, $150 fine for each count.

Cassandra Lucas, 32, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Unity July 7, dismissed. 

Damion Saucier, 31, of Stockton Springs, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 28, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 28, 48 hours in jail. 

Nicholas Asselin, 19, of Morrill, failing  to display ATV registration numbers in Montville June 11, $100 fine.
