WARREN — The Warren Historical Society will host the town of Warren Sexton, Amanda Shelmerdine, who will talk about the rich history of one of Warren‘s largest ancient burial grounds.

On Saturday, June 15, at 10 a.m., at the Riverview Cemetery in Warren, the group will tour the cemetery, view the varied monuments and discuss some of its prominent inhabitants including founder, John H. Counce.

The Counce receiving tomb will also be opened for viewing – one of two tombs located in Warren.  

Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic lunch for after the talk.
