    Summons

    Cristofer Ordonez Carchi, 31, of Biddeford was issued a summons July 3 for Operate a Vehicle without a License on US Highway 1, Nobleboro by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

    Arrests

    Larry B. Wellman Jr, 45, of Waldoboro was arrested July 1 for Violating Condition of Release, Operating While License Suspended or Revoked and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on Medomak Road in Bremen by Deputy Samuel Alexander who was assisted by Deputy Mark Fortin.

    Arthur G. Carey III, 50, of Palermo was arrested July 4 for Violating Condition of Release on Route 1 in Newcaslte by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

    Stephen R. Pepin, 34, of Dresden was arrested July 5 for Domestic Violence Assault on Indian Road in Dresden by Deputy Nathan Yeaton who was assisted by Sgt. Scott Hayden, Detective Matt Ryan and Deputy Jeff Rogers.

    Phillip A. Loori, 30, of Bristol was arrested July 6 for Domestic Violence Assault on Sprague Road in Nobleboro by Deputy Ethan Burns who was assisted by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.

    Sarek R. Wilson, 28 of Boothbay was arrested July 6 for Operating under the Influence, Disorderly Conduct and Operating While License Suspended/Revoked on Shore Road in Boothbay by Deputy Joseph Booth

    Merrill L. Chapman, 36, of Bremen was arrested July 8 for Unauthorized Dissemination of Certain Private Image and Domestic Violence Stalking on Heater Road in Damariscotta by Detective Jared Mitkus.

    Accidents

    On July 1, an accident occurred on South Hunts Meadow Road in Whitefield involving Michaela A. Trudeau, 28, of Wiscasset. Ms. Trudeau was operating a 2022 Ford Explorer on South Hunts Meadow Road when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

    On July 1, an accident occurred on Cliff Road in Bristol involving Michelle S. Hohorst, 38, of Frederick, Maryland. Ms. Hohorst was parked with her 2014 Honday Odyssey when a box truck backed into the rear of her vehicle and left. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.

    On July 2, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Colby H. Tranten, 30 of Madison. Mr. Tranten was operating his 2022 GMC Sierra north on Middle Road when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.

    On July 2, an accident occurred on Wiscasset Road in Whitefield involving Ashley A. Sodergren, 31 of Jefferson. Ms. Sodergren was operating her 2011 Toyota Camry south on Wiscasset Road when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.

    On July 3, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Kaylyn A. Johnston 17, of Dresden. Ms. Johnston was operating a 2011 Nissan Juke southbound on Middle Road when she swerved to avoid a cat, lost control and went off the road striking a tree and rolling over. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.

    On July 3, an accident occurred on Country Club Road in Boothbay involving Paul E. Goggin, 76 of Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Goggin was operating his 2016 Subaru East on Country Club Road when, while rounding a corner there was a large rock in the travel lane. Mr. Goggin was unable to avoid the rock and struck it causing damage to his vehicle. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.

    On July 5, an accident occurred on Mills Road in Whitefield involving James V. Rogers, 45, of Whitefield. Mr. Rogers was operating his 2008n Jeep Grand Cherokee south on Mills Road when he went off the road and rolled over. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.

    On July 7, an accident occurred on Main Road in Westport Island involving Courtney L. Martin, 28, of Litchfeild and Paul A. Mansir, 73, of Pittston. Mr. Mansir was operating his 2014 Chevrolet Impala south on Main Road when he stopped for children crossing the road. Ms. Martin who was following a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe failed to stop in time striking Mr. Mansir. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

    On July 7, an accident occurred on Grand Army Road in Whitefield involving Annette M. Lugo, 45, of Lewiston. Ms. Lugo was operating a 2019 Chevrolet Trax west on Grand Army Road when she went off the road striking a utility pole. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.

    On July 8, and accident occurred on Eddy Road in Edgecomb involving Charlotte O. Fuchswanz, 18, of Boothbay Harbor and Catalina Borrero, 52 of Brooklyn, New York. Ms. Fuchswanz was operating a 2006 Infinity FX45 following behind Ms. Borrero who was operating a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica. Ms. Borrero was stopped at a stop sign, started to move forward then stopped again. Ms. Fuchswanz then struck the rear of Ms. Borrero’s vehicle. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
