BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 4-10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 7
Jared A. Sandstrom, 35, of Gouldsboro, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (90+ days after expiration) on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.
July 8
William P. Staple, 21, of Glendale, Ohio, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 137 in Knox.
July 9
Philip J. Dulude, 55, of Swanville, was arrested for criminal mischief, two counts of terrorizing, theft by unauthorized use of property, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, operating after suspension, and operating under the influence on Blackberry Way in Swanville.
Richard Rodgers, 39, of Waterville, was issued a summons for violating a protection order on Lake St. George in Liberty.
