Stephen P. Larry Kaiser, 40, of Belfast, domestic violence aggravated assault in Belfast Nov. 26, 2022, 10 years in prison with all but 18 months suspended and four years of probation; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 26, 2022, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of administrative release; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 26, 2022, six months in prison.

Sarah C. Butler, 31, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 3, 2023, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Troy July 7, 30 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Troy July 7, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy July 7, $400 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Troy July 7, 30 days in jail. 

Noah J. Hall, 42, of Waterville, unlawful sexual contact in Thorndike May 6, 2023, dismissed; allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Thorndike May 6, 2023, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Thorndike May 6, 2023, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.

Robert L. Messier, 41, of Camden, operating under the influence in Searsmont July 10, license suspended for 150 days and $575 fine. 

Dillon Heiser, 33, of Warren, burning without a permit in Northport May 24, 2023, dismissed. 

Leann Rigby, 34, of Knox, domestic violence assault in Knox Aug. 14, dismissed; domestic violence reckless conduct in Knox Aug. 14, dismissed; assault in Knox Aug. 14, $300 fine.

Brandon L. Gray, 35, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 16, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

Mariah Hayward, 29, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Aug. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Aug. 27, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Lincolnville Aug. 27, 48 hours in jail.

Jennifer Bailey, 41, of Searsmont, assault in Knox Nov. 11, dismissed. 

Matthew J. Sullivan, 45, of Hermon, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Oct. 20, dismissed. 

Camden Gish, 26, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Winterport Oct. 31, dismissed; driving to endanger in Winterport Oct. 31, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Felicia C. Glidden, 30, of Washington, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Brooks Feb. 10, $100 fine.
