Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 1-10. 

    Dean C. Philbrick Jr., 37, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe July 20, 2020, $250 fine. 

    Isaac Ham, 22, of Santa Monica, California, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 6, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 6, 2022, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Anna L. Mayo, 36, of Islesboro, operating under the influence on Islesboro Feb. 18, 2023, dismissed. 

    Donovan O. Conary, 28, of Thorndike, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 30, 2023, two days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Dec. 18, two days in jail and $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Dec. 18, two days in jail. 

    Benjamin Young, 45, of Rockport, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 27, six months in jail with all but 45 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Kenneth W. Hodges, 42, of Union, operating under the influence in Liberty Jan. 19, nine months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Liberty Jan. 19, 48 hours in jail; failing to stop for an officer in Liberty Jan. 19, dismissed.

    Laura D. Mcleod, 74, of Belmont, attaching false plates in Belfast Jan. 13, dismissed.

    Angel Newton, 33, of Liberty, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty Feb. 2, $150 fine. 

    Roland S. Ladd, 54, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 6, $250 fine.

    Patrick R. Aylward, 39, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 28, 48 hours in jail and $65.08 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 28, 48 hours in jail. 

    Daniel Rodriguez, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast May 18, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast May 18, 96 hours in jail.

    Victor Herrera, 34, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast May 23, 24 hours in jail. 

    Dahson X. Walton, 21, of Hampden, two count of operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville April 26, and in Winterport April 3, $250 fine for each count. 

    Jacob T. Grant, 40, of Hampden, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Monroe April 15, $500 fine.

    Karen A. Hamer, 32, of Belfast, permitting unlawful use in Unity March 3, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Unity March 3, $100 fine. 

    Robert M. Cushman, 59, of Belmont, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Belfast March 15, $150 fine. 

    Deborah L. Hodgdon, 44, of Frankfort, criminal mischief in Frankfort April 20, $300 fine and $200 restitution. 

    Richard S. Mahoney, 18, of Palermo, driving to endanger in Palermo March 30, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Palermo March 30, 72 hours in jail.

    Michael Sentell, 40, of North Anson, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 29, 72 hours in jail. 

    Debra F. Reynolds, 54, of Belmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Belmont Feb. 13, $50 fine.
