    BELFAST The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 7-13.

    Robert A. Seger Jr., 35, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Oct. 18, 2019, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, registration suspended, and $600 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort July 6, 2022, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort July 6, 2022, two days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Jan. 19, 2023, two days in jail. 

    Brandon M. Parker, 37, of Cornville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Palermo June 18, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo June 18, 2021, four days in jail and $500 fine. 

    Christopher C. York, 48, of Winslow, unlawful sexual touching in Palermo Oct. 31, 2020, 364 days in jail, one year of probation and $1,000 fine. 

    Adriel J. Morson, 29, of Brockton, Massachusetts, two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 9, 2021, both dismissed, 

    Eleanor M. Nugent, 55, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 16, 2021, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 16, 2021, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Nov. 16, 2021, 364 days in jail, and one year of probation, $2,100 restitution.

    Curtis Tunnell, 33, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs May 22, 2022, five months 21 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

    Zachary K. Starr, 27, of Thomaston, operating under the influence in Lincolnville April 9, 2022, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville April 9, 2022, seven days in jail.

    Morgan J. Gerry, 41, of Islesboro, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 3, 2022, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 3, 2022, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 8, five days in jail and $21.16 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 8, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Lincolnville April 30, six months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville April 30, 48 hours in jail. 

    Shawn Hickey, 50, of Lincolnville, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 3, 2022, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Lincolnville Feb. 3, 2022, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Jamie Kersey, 47, of Winterport, violating a protection from abuse order in Winterport Dec. 5, 2022, dismissed; harassment in Winterport Dec. 5, 2022, $300 fine; criminal mischief in Winterport Dec. 11, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Winterport Dec. 11, 2022, dismissed; violation of a protection from harassment order in Winterport Dec. 11, 2022, $300 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Winterport Dec. 15, 2022, dismissed.

    Dale Haskins, 26, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Feb. 12, 2023, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville Feb. 11, 2023, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville Feb. 11, 2023, dismissed.

    Richard Campo, 37, of Washington, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Morrill March 12, 2023, nine months with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Morill March 12, 2023, $250 fine. 

    Harley Sniger, 19, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 20, 2023, dismissed. 

    Brian C. Sanderson, 47, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast June 5, 2023, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 26, 60 days in jail and $400 fine. 

    Lucas J. Small, 45, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 25, 2023, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast Feb. 21, dismissed. 

    Hart Putnam, 25, of Brooks, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Knox July 19, nine months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Knox July 19, nine months in jail and $400 fine. 

    Eric Gould, 37, of Freedom, violating a condition of release in Brooks Oct. 3, dismissed; attaching false plates in Brooks Oct. 3, dismissed; attaching false plates in Brooks Oct. 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Oct. 2, dismissed. 

    William Hauk, 38, of Swanville stalking causing serious inconvenience/emotional distress in Lincolnville Sept. 18, not guilty; harassment in Lincolnville Sept. 18, dismissed.

    Orin J. Stevens, 69, of Augusta, theft by deception in Troy April 23, 2021, dismissed; deceptive business practices in Troy April 23, 2021, dismissed; home repair fraud in Troy April 23, 2021, dismissed. 

    Heather D. Stanton, 61, of Brooks, disturbing the traps of another in Brooks Nov. 9, $250 fine. 

    Jason R. Randall, 43, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville July 27, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Lincolnville July 27, dismissed. 

    Andrea Crawford, 58, of Searsmont, harassment in Searsmont Dec. 2, dismissed. 

    Bloom S. Johnston, 40, of Lewiston, three counts of harassment by telephone in Palermo Feb. 26, all dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo Feb. 26, $500 fine. 

    Abraham Valinski, 49, of Albion, domestic violence terrorizing in Troy March 24, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy March 24, $250 fine. 

    Angela G. Philbrook, 39, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Jan. 28, dismissed. 

    Rodney Lesan Jr., 32, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville April 24, dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise) in Swanville April 24, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Swanville April 21, $250 fine.

    Meg K. Jackson, 60, of Swanville, attaching false plates in Swanville March 3, dismissed.

    Serenity R. Moczara, 18, of Searsport, two counts of violating a condition of release in Searsport April 26, both dismissed.
