    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 31 - April 6. 

    Jessica L. Kelley, 32, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast July 26, 2018, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed; theft by deception in Lincolnville Nov. 25, 2020, dismissed; three counts of unsworn falsification in Lincolnville Nov. 11, 2020; Nov. 25, 2020; and March 4, 2021, all dismissed. 

    Joshua M. Perry, 41, of Prospect, two counts of probation violation in Searsmont July 20, 2018; and Feb. 2, 2020, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked for each count.

    Mellisa Keller, 38, of Troy, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville Aug. 6, 2020, two years in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 19, 2020, two years in prison and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 19, 2020, 90 days in jail; arson in Unity Sept. 8, 2018, 10 years in prison with all but six years suspended, four years of probation, and $2,256.95 restitution; criminal attempt in Unity Sept. 8,  2018, six months in jail; forgery in Freedom June 18, six months of jail; two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument in Freedom May 11, 2018, and May 12, 2018, six months in jail for each count; perjury Belfast Feb. 19, 2019, six months in jail.

    Devon Pierce, 32, of Newport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Nov. 2, 2020, two years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Jan. 20, 2021, two years in prison; theft by deception in Stockton Springs Dec. 19, 2019, two years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe Jan. 5, 2022, five years in prison with all but two years suspended, two years of probation, and $18,702 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe Jan. 12, 2022, two years in prison; two counts of home repair fraud in Monroe Jan. 5, 2022, and Jan. 12, 2022, nine months in jail for each count.  

    Jacqueline L. Reed, 32, of Searsmont, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport Oct. 15, 2019, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsmont March 31, 2021, dismissed.

    Larry G. Alexander, 65, of Shushan, New York, gross sexual assault in Knox June 20, 2021, dismissed; terrorizing in Knox June 20, 2021, dismissed. 

    Christopher C. York, 47, of Winslow, six counts of gross sexual assault in Palermo, dates: Nov. 1, 2020; Oct. 31, 2020; Oct. 1, 2020; and Dec. 28, 2020, all dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Palermo Oct. 31, 2020, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $1,000 fine.

    Grace N. Barter, 35, of Washington, reckless conduct in Searsmont Dec. 17, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but 11 days suspended and one year of probation; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsmont Dec. 17, 2021, dismissed; criminal mischief in Searsmont Dec. 17, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Dec. 17, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsmont April 14, 2022, 38 days in jail. 

    James Billings, 69, of Liberty, elevated aggravated assault in Liberty Feb. 19, 2022, dismissed; reckless conduct in Liberty Feb. 19, 2022, dismissed. 

    Alvin S. Corey, 66, of Brooks, unlawful sexual contact in Winterport Jan. 15, 2022, five years in prison with all but two years 6 months suspended and two years of probation. 

    Lisa Shields, 61, of Brookton, domestic violence aggravated assault in Frankfort April 3, 2022, dismissed; assault in Frankfort April 3, 2022, $700 fine. 

    Aaron J. Nickerson, 48, of Unity, probation violation in Unity April 19, 2022, six months in jail and probation partially revoked; kidnapping in Montville Aug. 9, dismissed; domestic violence aggravated assault in Montville Aug. 9, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville Aug. 9, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Montville Aug. 9, six years in prison with all but two years suspended and three years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Montville Aug. 9, two years in prison, domestic violence assault in Montville Aug. 9, two years in prison; aggravated criminal trespass in Montville Aug. 9, two years in prison; illegal possession of a firearm in Montville Aug. 9, dismissed; criminal mischief in Montville Aug. 9, 90 days in jail. 

    Naomi L. Thomas, 33, of Frankfort, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport May 1, 2022, 120 days in jail with all but 33 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence in Searsport May 1, 33 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport May 1, 2022, 33 days in jail. 

    Stephen P. Cummings Jr., 35, of South Thomaston, violating a protection from abuse order in Northport June 13, 2022, dismissed. 

    Eric Parker, 36, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Winterport March 18, 2022, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $1,000 fine; operating under the influence in Frankfort March 19, 2022, dismissed.

    Shawn M, Jones, 36, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Oct. 3, 30 days in jail; disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Oct. 20, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 20, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Oct. 20, 30 days in jail; failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Belfast Oct. 19, nine months in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Sept. 29, 30 days in jail; assault in Belfast Oct. 24, nine months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 24, 30 days in jail; driving to endanger in Belfast Oct. 24, dismissed.

    Joshua M. Perry, 41, of Prospect, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect Dec. 30, nine months in jail and $1,028 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect Dec. 26, nine months in jail and $1,293 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Prospect Dec. 26, nine months in jail.
