Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 28 - Feb. 9. 

    Kyle L. Downs, 29, of Brooks, probation violation in Knox April 12, 2018, 16 months in prison and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox Nov. 17, three months in jail and $400 fine. 

    Isaac Wright, 44, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast (nine charges) on May 2, 2019; Aug. 13, 2019; Oct. 25, 2019; March 31, 2020; April 4, 2020; June 17, 2020; June 21, 2020; March 10, and May 26, 90 days in jail for each charge; violating a condition of release in Belfast (three charges) April 4, 2020, March 10, and May 26, 90 days in jail for each charge.

    Adam Rumney, 32, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 9, 2020, dismissed.

    Katelin N. Juszkiewicz, 27, of Belfast, operating under the influence involving injury in Belfast Sept. 17, 2020, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, and $2,100 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast Sept. 17, 2020, 30 days in jail. 

    Christopher P. Daley, 38, of Monroe, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Searsport Jan. 24, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport May 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 3, three years in prison with all but 235 days suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 8, 30 days in jail.

    Bradley Gerry, 54, of Pittsfield, negotiating a worthless instrument in Stockton Springs Jan. 4, 2021, 30 days in jail and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 1, 18 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,577.53 restitution. 

    Leland C. Shattuck, 56, of Northport, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belmont March 19, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belmont March 19, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation.

    Clint Deming, 37, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Jan. 16, 2021, six months in jail and $250 fine. 

    Carl McIntire III, 30, of Frankfort, aggravated assault in Belfast May 27, three years in prison with all but six month suspended and three years of probation; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast May 27, six months in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast May 27, six months in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast May 27, six months in jail and $1,000 restitution.

    Derri M. Lucas, 45, of Knox, operating under the influence in Belmont Jan. 27, four days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; driving to endanger in Belmont Jan. 27, dismissed. 

    Daniel R. Therrien, 36, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 27, eight days in jail.

    Joseph T. Clark Jr., 58, of Knox, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Unity Nov. 25, $100 fine.
