    Peter Beaster, 59, of Warren, protective order from harassment violation in Hope Sept. 27, 2022, dismissed.

    Nicholas C. Beaupre, 35, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Thomaston Jan. 29, 2023, dismissed.

    James H. Bernardo, 54, of Cushing, violating condition of release in Cushing Aug. 10, 2023, dismissed.

    Casey S. Brasher, 44, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Dec. 27, 2022, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Jaynie Butler, 33, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George Jan. 16, 2023, $700 fine, license suspended 150 days; criminal mischief in Rockport Jan. 16, 2023, $250 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockport Jan. 16, 2023, $250 fine, all suspended.

    Walter J. Caven, 52, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Trevor Cookson, 29, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Rockland Aug. 4, 2023, $150 fine.

    Valerie J. Corbett, 55, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Cushing Aug. 2, 2023, $400 fine.

    Keni A. Crespo-Columna, 46, of Bronx, N.Y., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Oct. 9, 2022, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Karl S. Crute, Jr., 50, of Thomaston, criminal trespass and violating condition of release in Cushing July 26, 2023, both dismissed.

    Joshua Drinkwater, 38, of Rockport, criminal attempt in Rockland Nov. 2, 2022, $250 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 6, 2022, $350 fine.

    Adam Scott, 54, no town listed, violation of striped bass rule, Chapter 42, in Rockport Aug. 6, 2023, $100 fine.

    Corey Spear, 23, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief in Appleton Oct. 4, 2020, dismissed; criminal mischief in Cushing Oct. 7, 2020, unconditional discharge.

    Anthony T. Stanton, 36, of Hope, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Aug. 2, 2022, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Rockland Aug. 2, 2022; theft by receiving stolen property, two counts, in Rockland Aug. 8, 2022, nine months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Aug. 8, 2022, $400 fine, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation three years.

    Justin T. Warren, 48, of Sterling Heights, Mich., eluding an officer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, bodily injury, motor vehicle speeding 30 plus miles over the speed limit, driving to endanger, failing to stop for an officer, all in Rockland Oct. 27, 2018; violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland Sept. 7, 2019; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), failing to stop for an officer, operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence), and violating condition of release all in Thomaston March 14, 2020.

    Larry Winchenbach, 41, of Thomaston, arson in Thomaston June 15, 2022, 10 years in prison with all but four years suspended, probation four years, restitution $10,000.

    Winchenbach was arrested by Thomaston Police Sgt. Chris Hansen after an investigator from the Fire Marshal’s Office issued an arrest warrant on an arson charge. According to the Fire Marshal’s Office, a fire that brought multiple fire departments to 59 Water Street, in Thomaston, on June 15, 2022, was determined to be incendiary in nature.
