FREDERICK, Maryland and HOPE, Maine — A graveside service for Judith Lord Elmer, 82, who died on December 23, 2023, will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 10 a.m., at the Mountain View Cemetery in Camden. 

Judy was a summer resident of Hobbs Pond in Hope.
