ROCKLAND — Free Summer lunches for kids are available at the Rockland Public Library beginning June 24, 2024.

With help from RPL’s partners at Healthy Lincoln County, the library will have bagged lunches available for any kid under 18 until August 23. The meals can be grab-and-go, no need to eat on site, but they MUST be given directly to a human kid. Otherwise, there are no restrictions, any kid can come and ask for one.

“Thank you to the folks at the Medomak Middle School kitchen, our team of volunteer drivers, and Healthy Lincoln County for helping us provide this incredible service for another year,” said RPL, in a news release.

Any questions can be directed to Jessie Blanchard at the Rockland Public Library, jblanchard@rocklandmaine.gov, or 207-594-0310.
