ROCKPORT — Our political leaders and the media frequently refer to various parts of the Constitution, including the many articles, amendments, and the Bill of Rights. But do you know what our Constitutions means to you, the average citizen?

Five Towns Adult Ed will provide some answers in “Freedom Isn’t Free – Our Working Constitution.”

In this course you will learn about these important documents, how our founding fathers intended our government to operate, and join in a lively discussion. Copies of the U.S. Constitution, Amendments to the Constitution, Articles of Confederation, The Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence will be provided.

The class begins on May 2, meeting at 6 - 8 p.m., for six weeks at Camden Hills Regional High School.
